Valerie is a co-founder of ALL-PRO Payroll and the founder and CEO of ALL-PRO Business & Bookkeeping. With over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial services, she is dedicated to providing high-quality payroll solutions. Together with her business partner Susan Morrow, Valerie expanded ALL-PRO to meet the essential need for reliable and accurate payroll services. Drawing from her own entrepreneurial challenges, she offers valuable insights to her clients. The ALL-PRO Payroll team is committed to simplifying payroll processes, enabling business owners to focus on growth with less stress.

Susan is a co-founder of ALL-PRO Payroll and serves as the president and chief growth officer of ALL-PRO Business & Bookkeeping Corp. With extensive experience in financial literacy and bookkeeping, she began her career in her early 20s before moving into finance, where she achieved success as a Branch Manager in Grande Prairie. After obtaining her mortgage broker license and teaching financial literacy courses, Susan returned to Kelowna. In 2021, she partnered with Valerie to expand ALL-PRO, launching ALL-PRO Payroll to address the unique needs of business owners. Together, they emphasize teamwork in providing exceptional client care and streamlining payroll processes. Fun Fact: Susan has a deep love for the sun and enjoys spending time at the beach, gardening, and relaxing with friends.

Crystal, originally from Lac La Biche and now based in Edson, Alberta, brings 25 years of bookkeeping experience across various businesses and two accounting firms. Her specialty is in payroll, a field she genuinely enjoys for its challenges and the importance of accurate management. While continuing her work at ALL-PRO Business & Bookkeeping Corp., Crystal is excited to embark on her journey with ALL-PRO Payroll, dedicated to providing exceptional payroll services. Fun Fact: In her free time, she loves spending time with her kids, enjoying jumping fitness, and camping.

Karen is a skilled Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) with over a decade of experience in bookkeeping and payroll. She has a strong background in management and entrepreneurship, having owned her own retail company for four years. Her extensive expertise in payroll management enables her to navigate the complexities of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Karen understands the importance of timely and precise payroll for employee satisfaction and a healthy business environment.

Crystal is a dedicated payroll bookkeeping professional with over 15 years of experience. Originally from British Columbia, she now reside in the Rocky Mountain House area, where she enjoy's the beautiful mountain scenery. Her expertise lies in payroll management, where she thrives on the challenges of ensuring accurate and timely processing. She has a keen interest in forensic accounting, continually seeking to enhance her skills and stay updated with industry best practices. Crystal is passionate about helping businesses streamline their payroll processes, ensuring compliance and contributing to overall employee satisfaction. With a commitment to excellence and a detail-oriented approach, she aims to provide her clients with reliable and efficient payroll solutions that allow them to focus on growth and success.

Salma is a principal strategist and consultant with over 17 years of experience in corporate development, financial services, and real estate. She specializes in fostering a healthy corporate culture that enhances both corporate and employee experiences, focusing on vision, strategy, people, systems, and leadership development. With a strong background in leadership development and process improvement, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from the University of Alberta. Outside of work, Salma enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new cuisines and cultures, and volunteering to coach emerging leaders.
